Advertised a year-end bonus in the interviewed they said that it was only given out after two years with the school. Also, red flags when the owner went into stories about all of the people that had left before finishing their contracts after arguments with him. The advertisement also said insurance was provided, but really, they give you the paperwork and you pay for it. Owner claims a negotiable salary but only advertises the bare minimum.

While the above post does reflect the salary/benefits situation, the manager is a decent individual. My experience has been positive and my co-workers have been a great part of the job. All in all not a bad gig.

Seems to be getting worse as of late.
